Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for risk intelligence within Critical Event Management products. Lead cross-functional engineering, design, and marketing teams; prioritize customer and market insights; define requirements and user stories; integrate APIs and data sources; support go-to-market and customer adoption; and monitor product performance using analytics to drive improvements.

Leads the State, Local Government, and Education sales team, driving revenue attainment, pipeline generation, forecasting, territory strategy, complex public-sector sales cycles, and customer growth. Recruits, coaches, and develops sales professionals while refining sales processes, playbooks, and performance metrics. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, builds strategic customer and channel relationships, supports procurement and contracting requirements, and communicates market insights and performance to senior leadership.

Serve as the customer-facing technical lead for large Control Center clients, managing deployments, adoption, training, governance, KPIs, issue escalation, integration specs, and ongoing advocacy while coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting critical event management.
