Leads the design, governance, automation, and modernization of OCFO finance data processes and assets. Oversees CECL data workflows, financial and regulatory reporting, forecasting, model support, reconciliations, controls, lineage, and data quality. Partners with Technology and Finance stakeholders to establish reusable Snowflake data capabilities, manage historical finance and credit repositories, support audits and examinations, and lead data workstreams for acquisitions, system conversions, and other strategic initiatives.

Leads product management and transformation initiatives for commercial lending and servicing capabilities. Defines business requirements, roadmaps, process improvements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; leads UAT, testing, implementation, change management, and rollout activities. Partners with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Accounting, and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions, strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and enhance client experience across complex lending products.

Manages commercial banking operations involving loans, letters of credit, and banking guarantees. Reviews loan documentation and system data for accuracy, prepares client statements, reconciles transactions, investigates discrepancies, and escalates errors. Maintains commercial loan management records, supports issue resolution, and coaches junior colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery.
