Oversees treasury and finance functions supporting capital, liquidity, balance sheet strategy, asset liability management, forecasting, and risk management. Leads executive discussions, partners on investment and M&A initiatives, advises on funds transfer pricing and profitability, manages financial risks, and engages with senior leadership, regulators, and Board stakeholders.

Manages complex lending portfolio administration, including deal structure implementation, covenant monitoring, collateral and borrowing base analysis, compliance tracking, reporting, and exception resolution. Coordinates with production, credit, legal, risk, servicing, underwriting, operations, and treasury teams. Develops dashboards and workflow tools, identifies portfolio risks, supports transaction onboarding, and contributes to automation, data governance, and reporting improvements.

Provides senior-level client support for complex commercial and specialty deposit accounts, including onboarding, maintenance, servicing, issue resolution, and regulatory compliance. Reviews transactions for suspicious activity, investigates fraud alerts, validates high-risk requests, documents evidence, and partners with Fraud Operations, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and Relationship Management teams. Leads process improvements, supports UAT and audits, monitors quality, mentors associates, educates clients on fraud prevention, and helps restore services after fraud incidents.
