Partner directly with the CTO, designers, and engineers on a large-scale AI companionship web product. Use user behavior data, product metrics, A/B tests, and research to prioritize opportunities and make evidence-based decisions. Work autonomously in a fast-moving remote team, challenge assumptions, remove blockers, and improve user experience.

Own end-to-end product design across conversational AI, character creation, monetization, growth, and interactive experiences. Translate complex challenges into intuitive user experiences, create prototypes and visual content, and contribute original product ideas. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership in a fast-moving remote environment. Design for engagement, retention, conversion, and experimentation while using AI tools and modern creative workflows.

Own end-to-end product design for AI companionship experiences across conversation, character creation, monetization, growth, and interactive features. Translate complex challenges into intuitive experiences, prototype and experiment rapidly, create visual content, and collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership. The role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency, communication, visual craft, independent decision-making, and comfort using AI tools and NSFW product experiences.
