Leads the finance and insurance function for a San Diego auto retail site, overseeing lender relationships, F&I profitability, product portfolio, compliance, deal quality, funding speed, reporting, and manager development. The role manages Finance Managers, standardizes menus and presentations, designs compensation plans, builds certification and training programs, and improves back-end gross performance while maintaining regulatory compliance and customer experience standards.

Own the automotive finance and insurance experience for EV customers across digital and in-person transactions. Structure and close financing deals, present warranties and protection products, manage lender relationships, review documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve funding issues, and track F&I performance metrics. Partner with Sales, Delivery, Title, and Operations teams to provide a transparent, consultative customer experience.

Lead a high-volume EV sales pipeline from lead through sale, driving conversion, fast response times, consistent follow-up, and timely deal progression. Coach sales representatives using pipeline data and live deals, enforce standardized workflows, maintain performance accountability, and collaborate with Finance and Operations to resolve blockers affecting delivery timelines.
