Provides functional and technical support for enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, Momentus, Zendesk, portals, workflows, and reporting tools. Gathers requirements, defines workflows, configures systems, troubleshoots issues, supports testing and upgrades, coordinates with vendors and stakeholders, documents solutions, and contributes to small and mid-sized application projects and process improvements.

Provides confidential administrative support to attorneys and legal staff, including correspondence, document preparation, budget tracking, procurement, insurance renewals, travel coordination, expense reporting, records management, visitor screening, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Maintains legal filing and case management systems while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and handling sensitive information professionally.

Safeguards customers, employees, visitors, facilities, equipment, and supplies. Monitors public and client activities for compliance with safety and security rules, patrols assigned areas to deter hazards and criminal activity, alerts occupants to emergencies, and provides basic first aid, CPR, and AED assistance when needed.
