Own day-to-day engineering delivery for a live SaaS product, ensuring committed work ships on time and meets quality standards. Lead a team of five to ten engineers, manage capacity, estimation, technical risk, production operations, code quality, releases, hiring, and performance. Remain hands-on, writing code in the Next.js, React, TypeScript, Laravel, and PHP stack while modernizing a legacy CodeIgniter platform on AWS.

Provides technical and application support for Eventogy clients, investigating issues, reproducing defects, and coordinating fixes with engineering. Configures event websites, registration, communications, engagement tools, and analytics for managed-service clients. Delivers user training and creates Help Centre documentation while managing multiple fixed-date projects. The role is hybrid in Farringdon, London, with three office days weekly and no visa sponsorship.

Build and own product features end to end across Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Laravel. Translate prototypes and specifications into production code, use and critically review AI-generated code, maintain tests, manage data and permissions safely, and ship changes to a live enterprise event-management platform. The role emphasizes front-end development, full-stack ownership, product thinking, accessibility, and collaboration with product teams.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across the UK and Europe, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Manage renewals, expansions, customer relationships, pipeline forecasting, and complex procurement, legal, and security reviews. Sell to financial services, legal, and professional services organizations while collaborating with product and delivery teams. Build AI-powered workflows to improve research, preparation, follow-up, and commercial execution.
