Drive ticketing and mobile solutions revenue by owning the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, consultative demos, negotiation, and closing net-new and expansion deals. Build and manage pipeline, coordinate with Account Strategy and Customer Success for onboarding, provide competitive intelligence to Product/Marketing, maintain CRM records, and travel occasionally for customer meetings and events.

Lead data-driven growth marketing across paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, partnership, and conference channels. Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns, run A/B tests and funnel experiments, manage marketing automation and reporting, mentor team members, and collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to improve acquisition, conversion, and ROI.

Support FP&A by maintaining forecasting and budgeting models, performing variance and unit-economics analysis, building dashboards and KPI frameworks, cleaning and structuring data, overseeing accounts payable, and providing cross-functional financial insights to leadership.
