Build and scale a digital customer success program to drive onboarding, activation and product adoption for thousands of SMB SaaS customers. Create education (video, knowledge base, in-app guidance), automate customer journeys, measure activation/adoption/NPS, and partner cross-functionally to leverage automation and AI to improve self-service outcomes and retention.

Own technical implementations and subscription billing for new and existing customers: lead data migrations, configure API integrations and account setups, create documentation and reports, and manage invoicing, renewals, collections, churn processing, and billing audits while liaising with Customer Success Managers.

Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable third-party integrations and APIs for a multi-tenant SaaS. Improve background processing, observability, rate-limiting, retries, idempotency, and resolve complex production issues while collaborating with partners and the engineering team.

The Account Executive will manage inbound leads, run discovery calls and product demos, negotiate pricing, and maintain customer records in HubSpot.
