Supports internal marketing and communications, intranet content, social media, and creative materials such as banners, flyers, and presentations. Provides office coordination, supply organization, inventory tracking, visual merchandising order support, and shipping assistance. The role requires strong communication, organization, Canva and Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with Instagram and Facebook, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Supports Accounts Receivable operations by processing and posting payments, issuing invoices and statements, reconciling customer accounts, resolving discrepancies, assisting with collections, maintaining records, preparing aging reports, supporting audits and financial close activities, and coordinating with internal teams and customers. Requires accuracy, confidentiality, customer service, accounting knowledge, and proficiency with financial systems and office software.

The Chief Financial Officer will lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, debt and liquidity management, acquisitions, financial controls, and enterprise-value creation. The role advises the CEO and Board, oversees accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, reporting, and financial systems, and evaluates investments, leases, partnerships, and new business initiatives. The CFO will manage bank and lender relationships, assess operating performance, improve margins, and ensure growth decisions generate sustainable EBITDA, cash flow, and returns.
