Supports daily Senior Companion Program operations through administrative coordination, data entry, record maintenance, correspondence, scheduling, reporting, and confidential document management. Assists with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, client intake, matching, evaluations, outreach events, and compliance documentation. Provides customer service to volunteers, clients, caregivers, staff, and community partners, while traveling independently throughout Harris County for home monitoring and program duties.

Seasonal Basketball Scorekeeper and Clock Operator runs the scoreboard and game clock, records scores, fouls, player eligibility, possession, and results, and submits required paperwork. The role also prepares and dismantles equipment, communicates issues to supervisors, responds to emergencies, and provides professional customer service during scheduled evening games.

Provide member-focused support across JCC programs and events, perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office, communicate professionally with members and staff, meet deadlines, work proactively and as part of a team, and be flexible for occasional evenings and weekends. May perform tasks outside immediate duties to enhance member satisfaction. Requires 3-5 years experience in relevant area.
