Lead and deliver holistic financial planning for private clients, grow and manage client relationships, support business development, mentor junior advisers, collaborate with Investment Management and Professional Services, maintain accurate client records and pipeline, ensure annual reviews, manage complaints, and keep technical knowledge and professional qualifications up to date.

Provides third-line infrastructure support across Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, networking, firewalls, certificates, virtualisation, storage and security tooling. Supports migrations, projects, service transitions, remediation, integrations and disaster recovery. Owns infrastructure changes through planning, implementation, validation and handover, while preparing change governance materials and audit evidence for security, regulatory and compliance frameworks. Coordinates with vendors and contributes to vulnerability management, legacy remediation and operational governance in a regulated enterprise environment.

Provides administrative and client-service support to Investment Managers in a wealth management environment. Responsibilities include maintaining client records and back-office systems, preparing meeting materials and valuations, processing cash and foreign exchange transactions, establishing accounts, collecting AML documentation, coordinating operational requests, monitoring risks and errors, supporting business pitches, and encouraging client use of digital tools. The role requires wealth management experience, XPlan knowledge, strong organization, communication, judgment, and client-service skills.
