Build and manage trusted client relationships, provide personalised investment advice and portfolio management aligned to firm investment philosophy, execute business plans, win new business, review and remodel portfolios, collaborate with financial planning colleagues, maintain accurate client records, mentor junior investment managers, and operate within a risk management and regulatory framework.

Manage a team of 9 to deliver compliant, timely client onboarding. Oversee vetting of documentation for AML, FATCA, FCA, CASS, KYC and suitability. Drive continuous improvement, governance, KPI/KRI reporting, training, and technical escalation to safeguard the firm and ensure a positive client onboarding experience.
