Provides administrative and operational support to Investment Managers, including client communication, record maintenance, account setup, cash transfers, foreign exchange transactions, AML documentation, risk reporting, and pipeline management. The role also supports pitches, promotes digital tools, and coaches administrators while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality client outcomes. This is a 12-month maternity-cover contract.

Provides administrative and operational support to Investment Managers and wealth management clients. Responsibilities include maintaining client records, coordinating transfers and foreign exchange transactions, processing new accounts and AML documentation, monitoring risks and errors, supporting pitches, and promoting digital tools. The role also mentors administrators, provides process guidance, manages client relationships, and ensures regulatory and service standards are met during a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Provides Level 2 technical and operational support for core wealth management platforms. Responsibilities include incident, request, change, problem, testing, configuration, release, and upgrade management; issue prioritization and resolution; queue administration; and collaboration with business users, internal development teams, and third-party suppliers. The role requires wealth management platform knowledge, application support experience, analytical problem-solving, and familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, JIRA, and Confluence.
