Applicants need demonstrated open-source contributions and strong expertise in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript. The role is remote, contractor-based, and output-compensated.

Reviews videos of robotic arms, identifies key actions and outcomes, and applies detailed grading guidelines to annotate events. Uses video annotation platforms to create structured datasets, collaborates with trainers to resolve ambiguities, documents findings, communicates progress, and participates in quality reviews. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and accuracy are essential. Experience with video annotation, AI training, machine learning data preparation, or robotics is preferred.

Design, develop, evaluate, and refine machine learning models using Python and leading ML frameworks. Analyze datasets with MongoDB, build preprocessing and data pipelines, tune hyperparameters, benchmark model performance, document experiments, and provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborate remotely with cross-functional contributors to improve and operationalize models in cloud or enterprise environments.

Develop and maintain scalable Java backend systems using Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Collaborate with customer teams, review technical specifications, write clean and secure code, participate in code reviews, document solutions, and troubleshoot and optimize backend systems. The role also involves providing expertise to improve application performance, reliability, and security while contributing to the training of next-generation AI systems.

Provide software engineering domain expertise to train and evaluate AI systems: review and improve AI-generated technical content, craft prompts, perform rubric-based assessments, draft and edit technical documentation and architecture artifacts, fact-check and annotate data, and collaborate asynchronously to meet project deliverables.
