Perform patient registration and insurance verification in the EHR, provide in-person and phone customer service, collect payments and assist with financial counseling, schedule appointments, support office workflow, and float between multiple clinic locations as needed.

Provide career placement and apprenticeship coordination: resume and interview support, employer outreach, enrollment/onboarding, progress tracking, data reporting, and operational support to workforce development teams.

Oversee daily pharmacy operations including accurate dispensing, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and clinical pharmacy services. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise pharmacy staff; collaborate with providers, engage community partners, and promote pharmacy programs to optimize patient care and safety.
