Serves as the first point of contact for patients, managing registration, insurance verification, eligibility, financial counseling, payment collection, appointment coordination, and telehealth support. Maintains accurate patient records, assists with healthcare affordability programs, coordinates with clinical teams, and follows HIPAA, HRSA, safety, and regulatory requirements. Provides welcoming customer service and supports outreach, quality measures, and organized front desk operations.

Supports the 340B Drug Pricing Program through data analysis, compliance monitoring, audits, reporting, contract pharmacy and vendor coordination, inventory and purchasing reconciliation, financial analysis, training, and process improvement. Collaborates with Pharmacy, Finance, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, HIM, IT, vendors, wholesalers, PBMs, and contract pharmacies to resolve discrepancies and maintain regulatory compliance.
