Answer customer inquiries and support operations through order and invoice entry, validate LTL/TL shipments, obtain carrier pickup/delivery updates, communicate status via TMS/email/phone, and coordinate with operations to resolve delivery issues while maintaining high customer service standards.

Manage day-to-day transportation execution and serve as primary customer advocate for assigned accounts. Coordinate with shippers, receivers, carriers and internal teams, provide proactive shipment status and issue resolution, manage portals and TMS (MercuryGate), support billing/pricing and KPIs, lead service-recovery and after-hours exceptions, and maintain accurate customer and shipment records to retain and grow accounts.

Design, build, deploy, and operate enterprise integrations on the Evans platform. Implement REST- and event-driven integrations, ensure data integrity, idempotency, error handling, telemetry, and resiliency. Lead technical discovery with customers, troubleshoot production issues, document solutions, and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to migrate and maintain integrations.
