Owns the data and systems layer supporting Account Management and Carrier Procurement. This role consolidates reporting, builds dashboards and data pipelines, automates manual workflows, integrates TMS and market-rate data, and improves carrier tendering and pricing processes. The analyst will create trusted sources of truth, develop reporting systems from scratch, manage data requests, and partner with business leaders to translate operational needs into scalable analytics and pricing solutions.

Owns the data and systems layer supporting Account Management and Carrier Procurement. Builds repeatable data pulls, pipelines, dashboards, reporting workflows, and automation across MercuryGate, DAT, Excel, and BI tools. Consolidates data sources, improves carrier tendering and pricing workflows, documents processes, and helps develop a truckload rating engine. Partners with business leaders to translate reporting needs into accurate, self-service systems.

Sources and develops carrier partners, negotiates contracts, supports RFP pricing, makes carrier routing decisions, and manages carrier relationships. The role also develops routing guides, resolves carrier-facing issues, improves procurement processes, supports automation, monitors market trends, and collaborates with internal teams to achieve account and customer success.
