Schedule and pre-register outpatients for radiology, respiratory, and surgical procedures. Verify orders, obtain/document pre-certifications, enter/maintain patient demographics and insurance in CPSI, perform reminder calls and co-pay notifications, collaborate with Patient Access, ensure data accuracy for billing and quality improvement, and assist supervisor with problem resolution and departmental efficiency.

Performs and documents clinical laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, coagulation, immunohematology, microbiology, serology, and urinalysis. Handles specimen processing, quality control, instrument calibration, troubleshooting, LIS operation, and reporting of results. Participates in proficiency testing, performance improvement, continuing education, and may supervise junior lab staff.
