Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for electro-chemical capacitors. Lead process development and equipment/test requirements, set process controls, qualify suppliers, support production troubleshooting, conduct FMEA and continuous improvement, and train operators to ensure quality, efficiency, and repeatability.

Develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure quality, efficiency, and repeatability. Create process control plans, SOPs, PFMEAs, and test methods; specify and validate equipment (FAT/SAT); train operators; support root cause analysis and corrective actions; and lead continuous improvement and new product introduction activities on the production floor.

Lead multi-site manufacturing operations across RI and ME to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Standardize processes, build operations leadership, drive Lean/continuous improvement, ensure OSHA and ISO/AS9100 compliance, manage budgets/capex, and support growth and new product introductions.
