Provides first- and second-line IT support by managing service requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory issues, administering user accounts, and resolving application problems. The role monitors systems, performs capacity checks, escalates complex issues, collaborates with development and operations teams, and maintains strong customer and cross-functional relationships.
