Develops and validates integrated EUV instrumentation systems across hardware, software, controls, electrical, mechanical, and physics domains. Responsibilities include writing system requirements, installing and testing components, creating test fixtures, troubleshooting engineering issues, coordinating cross-functional testing, reviewing technical documentation, and operating tools through build and factory acceptance testing. The role also supports system architecture, reliability, manufacturability, and customer interactions.

Designs, assembles, tests, and commissions semiconductor metrology and EUV instrumentation. Responsibilities include creating mechanical models, detailed drawings, bills of materials, prototypes, and assemblies; coordinating procurement and vendors; specifying materials and manufacturing methods; supporting installation and service; evaluating prototypes; and conducting thermal, vibration, and stress analyses. The role collaborates with software, electrical, systems, physics, and manufacturing teams in a hands-on startup environment.
