Supports IS Infrastructure and Service Delivery through purchase order creation and receipting, financial spend reviews, telephony cost analysis, contract register maintenance, supplier record updates, and contract renewal tracking. Assists project management with requirements gathering, solution analysis, procurement, activity planning, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and handover to business-as-usual support teams.

Support procurement service delivery across sourcing, tendering, supplier benchmarking, governance, reporting and transformation. Assist with data analysis, tender administration, supplier evaluations, stakeholder engagement and low-risk projects while maintaining procurement documentation and tools across Brussels, Paris and London teams.

Provides senior technical authority and engineering assurance for rail depot infrastructure. Leads infrastructure reliability, asset lifecycle planning, maintenance governance, fault and incident investigations, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, CAPEX and modernization projects, and technical standards governance. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, projects, safety teams, contractors, and external partners to improve infrastructure safety, resilience, reliability, and performance.
