Leads internal and external communications for European Homecare in Germany and ORS in Switzerland. Advises senior leaders, manages media relations, crisis and issues communications, employee engagement, change communications, newsletters, digital content, social media, and stakeholder relationships. The role also supports post-acquisition integration and maintains German-language external websites while coordinating with Serco’s European Communications team.
