Develop and deploy AI/ML models and solutions, analyze requirements, design IT architecture, and support generative AI development across teams.

Conduct market, competitor, and customer research; define and refine software products; promote products and develop new markets; engage prospects and customers; prepare commercial proposals; and support tender writing and proposal management across European markets.

Elicit, analyze, document, and model business needs, requirements, processes, workflows, and business rules. Produce functional specifications, support prioritization, backlog preparation, traceability, feasibility and impact analysis, and User Acceptance Testing. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings, participate in Agile ceremonies, and coordinate with development and client IT teams. The role requires BPMN and UML modeling experience plus a recognized business analysis or requirements engineering certification.
