Teams at Europcar Mobility Group

Support month-end processes, prepare balance sheet reconciliations and reporting packs, deliver financial reports and insights, partner with business leaders, assist budgets, forecasts, audits, and tax compliance for Australia and New Zealand, and improve processes and controls.

Serve as the primary customer contact at the rental counter, handling reservations and rental agreements, delivering excellent service, and maximizing sales through upsells (coverage, upgrades, add-ons). Ensure policy compliance, process transactions accurately, resolve customer needs, and support branch operations as requested.

Oversee the development and deployment of the internal control framework, manage self-assessment campaigns, monitor audit recommendations, and collaborate on risk management and compliance projects.
