Sell vehicle rental solutions to businesses across Ireland by developing new accounts, managing key customers, prospecting, cold-calling, negotiating, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets. The role requires building and maintaining a Salesforce pipeline, analyzing market trends, cultivating business relationships, coordinating with station networks, and reporting sales activity. Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, CRM, and business development skills are essential, along with a valid driver’s licence.

Supports Group strategic planning execution by maintaining the Cataligent initiative database, monitoring progress, validating data, consolidating finance information, and preparing management reports and dashboards. Coordinates with country controllers, initiative owners, and functional stakeholders to identify risks, delays, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities. Assists with steering committees, transformation reviews, strategic performance meetings, ad hoc analyses, and continuous improvements to reporting governance and processes.

The Rental Sales Agent handles reservations and rental agreements, welcomes customers, provides exceptional service, and maximizes sales of coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid fuel, and additional services. The role requires persuasive selling, accurate transaction processing, policy compliance, customer support, and assistance with branch operations in a fast-paced environment.
