Welcomes customers returning rental vehicles, checks vehicles into the fleet, identifies and documents new damage, maintains accurate fleet records, and supports quality control. The role provides professional customer service, collects keys, finalizes rental returns, and assists other branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

Manage station activities and sales performance to maximize revenue across rental brands, including ancillary, SME, B2B, and walk-in sales. Monitor performance data, set targets, develop incentives, coordinate training, coach station teams, support recruitment, and drive continuous improvement across locations. Lead revenue initiatives, workshops, product launches, and sales culture programs while collaborating with territory and airport managers.

Provide high-quality car rental service at Gatwick Airport, assist customers, sell additional products and services, achieve sales targets, handle enquiries, complete rental and vehicle documentation, report damage, and maintain responsibility for cash, vehicles, premises, and customer safety. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to influence customers and respond positively to objections.
