Handle vehicle rental reservations and agreements, welcome customers, process accurate transactions, and deliver excellent service. Maximize sales by offering coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid fuel, and additional services. Use consultative sales techniques, address objections, follow rental policies, and support branch operations while maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Greet customers returning rental vehicles, inspect and document vehicle condition, process key collection and return paperwork, support branch operations, and contribute to quality control and customer service improvements.
