Lead daily operations of a roadside assistance call center, manage workflow, coach agents, handle escalations, monitor productivity, deliver training and performance feedback, enforce policies, and support peak call handling while fostering a customer-first team culture.

Manage daily treasury activities including bank reconciliations, account monitoring and transfers, payment runs, short-term cash forecasting, cash-pooling management, interest optimization, accounting/reporting of financial transactions, bank relationship coordination, and improvements to cash management systems and practices.

Prepare, inspect, charge/refuel and clean rental vehicles; check for damage; greet and assist customers; handle phone and email inquiries; hand over vehicles; drive cars to workshops, inspections and between branches; perform general practical station tasks. Full-time 37 hours/week (weekday mornings).
