Monitor KPIs, produce executive reports, support local NPS champions, drive root-cause analysis and improvement projects, and contribute to Group Quality policy and employee engagement programs.

Lead day-to-day operations of the Napier Airport station, ensuring excellent customer service, controlling costs, managing staff, driving revenue and fleet utilization, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to increase profitability and vehicle availability.
