Define and drive scalable, secure, cloud-native architectures for ECS products across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, serverless, and microservices environments. Lead generative and agentic AI adoption using Bedrock and SageMaker, establish architecture standards, guide modernization and security, document target states and roadmaps, support data governance, and mentor engineering teams from proof of concept through production.

Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications for capital markets. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into software, designing microservices, optimizing performance, resolving client issues, conducting code reviews, addressing technical debt, documenting systems, troubleshooting bugs, and contributing to Agile Scrum delivery.

Manage the iBabs SaaS product lifecycle, roadmap, strategy, launches, and growth initiatives for public-sector clients. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and stakeholders; gather customer insights; develop data-driven business cases; conduct competitor analysis; and contribute to pricing and go-to-market strategy. The role requires product management or SaaS business development experience, strong stakeholder management, PRD writing, international product launch experience, and fluency in English and Dutch.
