Support management in opening/closing and shift duties while providing energetic guest service. Lead and coach front-of-house team, ensure food and beverage quality, enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance, assist with forecasting, cost control, inventory, and ambiance for an excellent guest experience.

Hybrid front-of-house supervisory role supporting opening/closing, guest engagement, and shift operations. Assist management with staffing, coaching, budgeting, inventory control, compliance (food safety, alcohol service, labor laws), safety and sanitation, and ambiance. Regular server or bartender shifts combined with supervisory responsibilities and occasional travel for training or events.

Serve as strategic HR partner to restaurant and operations leaders supporting full-cycle recruitment, coaching on performance and employee relations, driving engagement and retention, ensuring compliance, and partnering on workforce planning across multiple locations with periodic onsite visits.
