Build end-to-end AI-first features for a benefits platform, working across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/FastAPI/SQLAlchemy). Ship production code, integrate ML components (LLMs, recommenders, RL), maintain CI/CD and cloud deployments (GCP preferred), collaborate with product/design, write tests and documentation, and participate in peer review and iterative development.

Lead Euphoric's product design across two enterprise products (GAP and Navigator). Own vision from discovery to production, run research and prototyping (including AI tools), evolve the design system, partner with product and engineering, and deliver high‑quality visual craft and interaction design for multiple audiences in a fast-paced, remote-first startup.

Own end-to-end implementation and product development for strategic enterprise accounts, design AI evaluation frameworks and prompts, build agentic AI workflows and internal tooling, run UAT and track production analytics, and collaborate with engineering, design, and client teams including on-site client visits.
