Own end-to-end implementation of an AI-native benefits platform for enterprise clients, including on-site deployments and document data work. Perform document analysis and extraction, design AI evaluation frameworks, engineer prompts, build agentic AI workflows, track product analytics on production data, and gather customer insights to inform product development.

Build end-to-end AI-first features for a benefits platform, working across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/FastAPI/SQLAlchemy). Ship production code, integrate ML components (LLMs, recommenders, RL), maintain CI/CD and cloud deployments (GCP preferred), collaborate with product/design, write tests and documentation, and participate in peer review and iterative development.

Lead Euphoric's product design across two enterprise products (GAP and Navigator). Own vision from discovery to production, run research and prototyping (including AI tools), evolve the design system, partner with product and engineering, and deliver high‑quality visual craft and interaction design for multiple audiences in a fast-paced, remote-first startup.
