Manage and run after-school youth programs: supervise staff and children, implement curriculum and activities, ensure safety and licensing compliance, manage budgets and records, train and evaluate staff, communicate with families and partners, and uphold YMCA values.

Lead day-to-day HR operations including HRIS and payroll administration, workforce analytics, recruitment and onboarding, leave and workers' compensation management, benefits administration, employee relations and investigations, and learning and leadership development in partnership with the Chief People Officer.

Provide afterschool childcare and youth development: supervise children, deliver homework help, enrichment and physical activities, implement lesson plans, maintain safety and sanitation, communicate with families, complete required trainings and background registry, and support positive youth development.
