The Forward Deployed Lawyer will collaborate with customers to transform their legal knowledge into AI-driven solutions, work with product and engineering teams, and engage customers to ensure successful product adoption.

Lead new business capture and growth across aerospace and defense primes, mid-tier suppliers, and defense tech firms. Own enterprise pursuit cycles from prospecting through negotiation and signature, build executive relationships (GCs, CCOs, compliance, CISOs), shape capture and commercial strategy, secure multi-million dollar ARR, and articulate value to legal, contracts, and security stakeholders.

Coordinate end-to-end recruiting operations: schedule interviews, manage candidate communications and Greenhouse ATS, source passive candidates on LinkedIn, maintain hiring metrics and reports, support recruiting events and onboarding, and ensure compliance.
