Support the design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization of AI and machine learning solutions for legal technology applications. Work with senior engineers on model evaluation, fine-tuning, retrieval and reasoning improvements, troubleshooting, MLOps, documentation, and production-grade enterprise AI systems.

Lead product strategy and end-to-end application experience for enterprise legal workflows. Design conversational/AI-driven workflows, ensure trust and explainability, enable search and retrieval, drive user-AI collaboration, and support secure enterprise deployment and adoption while defining KPIs and delivering scaled usage.

Maintains and improves customer-facing user guides and internal product documentation for Eudia’s legal intelligence platform. Translates complex workflows into clear guidance using screenshots, visual assets, and videos; keeps resources aligned with product releases; validates workflows with Product and Engineering; identifies information gaps; and helps maintain an organized, actionable engineering backlog in Linear.
