Own the company’s financial model, planning, forecasting, budgeting, cash projections, and SaaS revenue forecasting. Partner with go-to-market, product, operations, sales, and executive leaders on pricing, commissions, margins, business cases, and investment decisions. Prepare board materials and fundraising support while improving planning and analysis through AI and automation.

Build and scale a technical security and compliance program across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, AI governance, and customer assurance. Translate requirements into technical controls, automate evidence collection and testing, support audits, manage risks and remediation, and partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, and Product. Maintain access, change, logging, vendor-risk, vulnerability, and incident-response controls while supporting FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 initiatives.

Own and scale Eudia’s accounting function, including monthly close, consolidated financial reporting, revenue recognition, audits, internal controls, tax compliance, equity administration, and investor reporting. Lead the accounting team as a hands-on player-coach, build scalable policies and systems, manage multi-entity and international accounting, oversee billing and cash operations, and support fundraising, government contracts, and future IPO readiness.
