Own and improve the end-to-end employee experience across EMEA, focusing on onboarding, benefits, events, rituals, and culture. Partner with People Ops, Talent, Marketing, and Office Management to design scalable programs, run events, track engagement data, and build business cases to enhance employee wellbeing and consistency across locations.

Manage and grow an online patient community: build relationships, moderate content, run virtual events, triage and escalate patient communications, and use engagement data to improve member experience.

Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets, design scalable hiring strategies, build talent pipelines using creative sourcing, advise stakeholders, track hiring metrics, and shape employer brand to deliver high-quality hires and a strong candidate experience.
