Lead and unify two engineering organizations in London, managing 35+ engineers through engineering managers and scaling toward 50. Partner with commercial, clinical, and product leaders; shape product priorities; improve delivery predictability, quality, and reliability; hire and mentor leaders; and establish consistent engineering standards across distributed teams in London, Sydney, and the US.

Moderates private weight-loss communities by reviewing member requests and posts, enforcing guidelines, responding to routine questions, removing harmful content, de-escalating conflicts, escalating customer and safety issues, maintaining accurate records, and documenting shift handoffs and trends. The role requires empathy, sound judgment, strong written communication, attention to detail, and comfort handling sensitive health conversations without providing medical advice.

Own the Australian commercial function, including performance reporting, planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, investment decisions, unit economics, pricing, retention, partnerships, and profitability improvement. Build financial models, evaluate strategic opportunities, guide cross-functional initiatives, and develop the processes, tools, and team needed to support business growth.
