Identify content opportunities through search behavior and business priorities, verify technical claims, collaborate with Product, SEO, and Marketing teams, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple content projects through publication.

Owns the execution and optimization of promotional, educational, and lifecycle email campaigns for consumer and business audiences. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, personalization, copywriting, automated journey development, campaign QA, A/B testing, scheduling, deployment, and performance analysis. The role uses customer behavior and purchase data to improve relevance and engagement while collaborating with creative, product, analytics, vendor, and marketing teams.
