Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise Salesforce implementations and enhancements, from discovery and planning through deployment and adoption. Coordinate business stakeholders, architects, developers, and vendors while managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery methodologies. Lead high-visibility programs, communicate with C-level audiences, and ensure successful outcomes through onsite and remote collaboration.

Designs, builds, tests, and maintains Python integrations, ETL processes, and data pipelines across cloud-based systems. Develops REST and GraphQL API integrations, supports microservices, monitors system reliability, troubleshoots complex dependencies, and participates in migrations and CI/CD. The role includes code reviews, defect resolution, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, client communication, and mentoring junior developers. Occasional weekend deployment support may be required.

Designs, deploys, and maintains scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Builds CI/CD pipelines, automates infrastructure with IaC, manages Docker and Kubernetes workloads, and implements networking, IAM, security, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoots production and deployment issues, participates in incident response and root-cause analysis, improves reliability and efficiency, and collaborates with development, QA, security, and architecture teams. Maintains documentation, runbooks, and deployment procedures, including scheduled or after-hours operational support.
