Run HR operations across four international offices, covering employment compliance, contracts, payroll, benefits, HRIS reporting, onboarding, relocation, visas, engagement, offboarding, and process documentation. Partner with Finance, Legal, Recruitment, and Operations while building scalable HR policies and SOPs. Manage EOR relationships, employee records, benefits questions, pulse surveys, off-sites, and exit feedback.

Find, recruit, and manage crypto KOLs who generate quality users for ether.fi. Build scraping and tracking tools with AI-assisted coding, establish referral tracking, monitor user performance, end underperforming partnerships, and post daily across ether.fi’s social channels. The initial goal is to develop a roster of 10–20 KOLs, each referring more than 50 quality users monthly.

Own ether.fi’s user acquisition through paid advertising, SEO, and AEO. Manage channel strategy, creative, targeting, bidding, budgets, and UGC creator programs. Build tracking and reporting to connect marketing spend with active users by channel and cohort, rapidly reducing ineffective efforts and scaling successful ones. The role requires hands-on performance marketing experience, data analysis skills, and ideally fintech or agency experience.
