Teams at Ethena

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Ethena, you'll manage the end-to-end sales process, build customer relationships, and exceed sales quotas while using Salesforce and sales automation tools.

Lead the strategy and roadmap for Ethena's learning experience and select software features. Conduct customer and market research, write clear product specifications and content strategies, collaborate with design, engineering, and learning teams, and own go-to-market and enablement. Use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and content development. Raise product function standards and be accountable for outcomes across the product suite.

Serve as a technical pre-sales partner: run demos, build custom walkthroughs/prototypes, maintain demo environment, translate specs for customers, answer technical and implementation questions, draft RFP/security responses, create sales assets, and enable AEs/CSMs while relaying product feedback to Product and Engineering.
