Own day-to-day People Operations for a global team across India, Germany, and remote locations. Manage the full employee lifecycle, HR systems, multi-country compliance, payroll coordination, benefits, leave, records, onboarding, performance processes, and offboarding. Partner with recruiting, finance, managers, and external counsel to build scalable, consistent HR workflows and improve the employee experience.

Own day-to-day IT operations across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AWS fundamentals, Windows and Ubuntu endpoints, MDM, identity access, and cybersecurity controls. Provide Tier 1–2 support, manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain documentation and asset records, administer devices and SaaS access, implement security policies, and support monitoring, backups, incident response, and vendor coordination.

Supports C-level executives by managing complex calendars, international travel, meetings, inboxes, expenses, confidential information, and office logistics. The role coordinates visitors, events, vendors, supplies, onboarding, and administrative workflows while using Microsoft Office and AI tools to improve efficiency. It requires strong organization, communication, discretion, attention to detail, and composure under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
