Own and develop the AI layer of Etaily’s Signal Engine, using prompt engineering, LLM workflows, marketplace data, and analytical frameworks to generate decision-ready intelligence. Translate TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada signals into strategic insights, combine quantitative and qualitative consumer research, identify growth opportunities, and support Growth Strategists and brand engagements. Partner with data engineering to ensure accuracy and monitor emerging AI tools and agentic workflows.

Manages client relationships and leads ecommerce strategies from planning through implementation. Analyzes GMV, AOV, and other performance indicators; presents insights and recommendations on merchandising, content, and marketing. Identifies growth opportunities, improves client satisfaction, and collaborates with internal teams to enhance ecommerce customer experiences.

Owns FP&A, financial modeling, rolling forecasts, unit economics, expansion feasibility analysis, and executive reporting. Builds three-statement, DCF, ROI, scenario, and sensitivity models; evaluates market entries, partnerships, pricing, and growth initiatives; analyzes margins, variance, cohorts, and operational performance; and partners cross-functionally to align expansion plans with profitability targets.
