The Senior Corporate Counsel will support utility-scale energy storage project development, negotiate key agreements, and advise on legal matters and compliance.

Establish and lead esVolta's market risk control function: design frameworks, monitor trading exposures, set limits, oversee P&L attribution, implement automated tools (Python/SQL), manage counterparty and operational risk, and report risk and compliance to senior leadership and the Market Risk Committee.

Manage treasury and debt across corporate, project, and tax equity financings. Oversee loan documents, debt schedules, draws, payments, covenant monitoring, reporting, cash management, modeling, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, and Finance.
