Manages assigned tradeshow client accounts, relationships, onboarding, agreements, service delivery, pricing, shipments, and business reviews. Partners with sales, operations, IT, and executives to resolve issues, improve processes, monitor KPIs and SLAs, identify growth opportunities, and support account strategy. Maintains CRM records, routes shipments, prepares quotations, investigates volume changes, and ensures client satisfaction. The role requires periodic travel of up to 25%.

Coordinates customer and carrier communications for incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments. Processes warehouse receipts, shipments, inventory transfers, and bills of lading in the WMS; performs cycle counts and investigates discrepancies. Acts as liaison among clients, warehouse operations, and administration, coordinates transportation, directs drivers to docks, resolves service issues, and supports continuous process improvement and client relationship development.

Leads dock personnel and supports supervisors with daily warehouse and freight operations. Oversees material movement, shipment documentation, records, safety procedures, staff assignments, and issue resolution. Operates or coordinates forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining accurate, on-time shipment completion and compliance with security procedures. The role requires teamwork, physical lifting, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and 1–3 years of experience.
