Leads solution design and customer implementation for complex logistics and supply chain opportunities. Partners across Sales, Operations, Pricing, IT, Finance, and Customer Experience to create profitable solutions, support enterprise sales, manage onboarding, establish project milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure operational handoff. Oversees implementation governance, KPIs, process improvements, customer experience, and compliance while supervising 2–5 employees.

Manages customer-facing delivery solutions through a nationwide carrier network. Leads customer service reviews, implementations, service issue resolution, carrier sourcing and development, network expansion, rate negotiations, partner onboarding, and operational improvement plans. Designs and launches a scalable nationwide White Glove product while coordinating customers, carriers, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams. Maintains network, partner, coverage, and launch reporting and travels to customer and carrier sites as needed.

Provides accounting operations and financial support, including bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, carrier and vendor settlements, audits, reporting, and system setup. Analyzes financial and operational data, investigates discrepancies, maintains records and audit trails, and supports process improvements. Collaborates with Accounting, Operations, IT, customers, carriers, and vendors while serving as backup for key Operations Support functions.
