Form, straighten, and inspect sheet-metal parts to blueprint and Mylar specifications using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring. Perform rework, document part paperwork/data entry, ensure first-piece verification by quality, and follow supervisor direction. Requires careful blueprint reading and frequent precision inspection.

Manage engineering documentation, tooling and customer specification control, support audits and root-cause analysis, administer MRB and engineering change processes, maintain engineering metrics, drive continuous improvement and support manufacturing and quality functions in a high-mix aerospace manufacturing environment.

Set up and run multiple CNC mills and lathes (3/4/5-axis), maintain dimensional accuracy using precision instruments, troubleshoot machines, manage tooling/fixture inventory, and support standardization of setups and tooling.

Drive process improvements, develop BOMs and manufacturing methods, create shop drawings, support daily operations and quality, manage new-product projects, and evaluate manufacturing technologies in a precision CNC and sheet-metal aerospace/defense environment.

Support production planning, scheduling, and engineering compliance. Create job packets and ERP part numbers, maintain drawing/document control and customer specs, support engineering change processes, audits, training, and quality functions to drive manufacturing productivity and compliance.

Set up and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes (vertical/horizontal, 3–5 axis); perform precision machining, fixture/tooling setup, basic G/M-code edits, and maintain tooling inventory to meet aerospace quality standards.
