Lead Trade Marketing strategy and execution for retail and pharmacy channels across Colombia. Develop channel plans, promotions, visibility initiatives, product launches, joint business plans, and in-store programs. Manage customer relationships, budgets, agency and field-team execution, and ROI. Analyze sell-in, sell-out, market share, distribution, and promotional effectiveness while collaborating with Marketing and Sales to drive profitable growth and strong shopper engagement.

Designs, optimizes, and maintains manufacturing workflows; validates product and process changes; maintains BOMs and process routings; develops machinery risk assessments and cost estimates; supports cost-saving initiatives, CAPEX projects, product launches, and global or local programs. Ensures compliance with quality and safety requirements while bridging R&D and plant operations.

Leads plant Process and Maintenance teams while driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and operational performance. Manages budgets, resources, maintenance and labor costs, equipment efficiency, waste reduction, TPM implementation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Oversees team development, safety culture, infrastructure and innovation projects, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires an engineering degree, 5–8 years of industrial manufacturing experience, advanced English, and willingness to travel or relocate.
