Supports the site people strategy through workforce initiatives, HR analytics, people projects, employee relations casework, works council meetings, line manager coaching, recruitment support, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. The role also maintains HR policies and procedures, uses HR systems, and partners with schools and colleges to strengthen recruitment.

Supports the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand plans, campaigns, activations, innovation launches, and portfolio initiatives. Analyzes brand, category, competitor, market, consumer, and financial information to identify opportunities and recommend actions. Coordinates with internal, regional, global, and external stakeholders while monitoring performance, investments, pricing, distribution, and product launches.

Leads commercial operations for incontinence and feminine care products, including go-to-market strategy, product commercialization, sales forecasting, SKU lifecycle management, retail launches, display programs, and sales enablement. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve retail readiness, forecast accuracy, portfolio optimization, and commercial execution. The role also manages cross-functional project workstreams and uses syndicated market data to identify growth opportunities.
