The Customer Logistics Manager shapes logistics components of the GTM strategy, ensuring superior customer service and long-term operational efficiency while managing KPIs like service level and cost.

Manage accounts receivable activities to ensure cash flow: collections, account monitoring, ledger posting, audit support, reporting, process improvement and stakeholder communication.

Perform transactional accounts receivable tasks: maintain ledgers and financial records, post GL entries, verify and process receivables and bank deposits, perform quality checks, support audits and internal controls, respond to internal queries, escalate issues, and contribute to process improvements within service level agreements.
