Build financial models, conduct due diligence, perform market research, manage transaction pipelines, prepare investment memos, and cultivate broker and seller relationships. Regular travel to markets and collaboration with legal, finance, and cross-functional teams to close deals.

Support execution and optimization of regional community marketing programs, track performance metrics, analyze competitors, recommend onsite branding and lead-conversion improvements, manage marketing reports and expenditures, and collaborate with operations to meet lease-up and engagement goals.

Manage community accounting operations including posting payments, deposit and month-end accounting, collections and delinquency notices, resident communications, supporting legal proceedings for unpaid rent, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating with Accounting, Legal, and internal stakeholders.
