The Total Rewards Analyst will manage benefit and compensation programs, focusing on retirement benefits, HRIS processes, and data analytics to enhance employee engagement and ensure effective communication of total rewards strategies.

Maintains general ledgers, reviews and posts journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, supports monthly and annual close, analyzes financial results, prepares budgets and variance reports, manages internal controls, completes tax and governmental filings, and supports financial reporting. Collaborates with management, payroll, and accounting personnel to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Reads and records water meter usage along assigned routes, inspects and replaces meters, initiates leak and replacement work orders, performs minor meter and box maintenance, and documents completed work. The role requires customer interaction, safe use of hand tools, vehicle and equipment upkeep, route-based travel, physical labor, overtime, and emergency on-call availability.

Leads technical operations for natural gas engines, compressors, and gas dehydration units. Conducts emissions and load testing, engine balancing, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and maintenance oversight. Directs operators and repair crews, supervises contractor testing and equipment installations, recommends service and overhaul intervals, ensures permit compliance and manufacturer specifications, and trains new compressor personnel.

Maintains and enhances reporting, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, databases, and business intelligence tools for Customer Operations. Analyzes billing revenue, operational performance, financial information, regulatory metrics, and business trends. Supports forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, data validation, leadership presentations, board reporting, and issue resolution in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

Supervise commercial gas metering operations, leading technicians and ensuring accurate measurement, regulatory compliance, revenue protection, billing support, process improvement, and cross-department collaboration.

Lead corporate energy management by conducting ASHRAE Level 1-3 audits, identifying efficiency opportunities, implementing projects (pumps, motors, controls, renewables), managing utility billing/data systems, performing M&V, analyzing energy and GHG data, developing strategies, budgets and KPIs, and collaborating with stakeholders to reduce costs and carbon footprint.

Provide administrative support for Sharon and nearby operating divisions: manage files, process invoices and POs (SAP), compile budget and compliance reports, handle reception/telephone duties, assist customers on billing and service questions, track inventory and work orders, and perform miscellaneous clerical tasks.

The Business Development Manager works to expand Aqua Texas's services by developing connections with residential developers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.

The Application Developer II designs, develops, and maintains applications, collaborates with stakeholders, troubleshoots issues, and ensures code quality.

Provides clerical and customer service support: prepares and dispatches service calls, maintains customer, material, and regulatory records, processes payments and deposits, handles mail/typing/phone/radio communications, and attends required trainings.

Support preparation and analysis of regulatory rate cases and financial filings; build and maintain financial models and forecasts; assist with budgets, acquisitions due diligence, tariffs, and regulatory reports; prepare exhibits, testimonies, and reconciliations; automate reports and provide stakeholder training.

Handle inbound inquiries about obtaining natural gas service, prequalify applicants using mapping systems, create notifications and applications in SAP, assist outside sales and large-volume reps, track application status, maintain Excel tracking, and support sales team projects and customer communications.
