Develop, test, debug, integrate, and maintain web applications in secure cloud-based research environments. Develop and lead scalable React.js front-end applications and component libraries for NCI platforms. Build Node.js API integrations, create technical architecture documentation, optimize performance, and ensure accessibility. Collaborate with designers, engineers, product owners, and government stakeholders; lead complex projects, review code, mentor junior developers, improve development processes, and responsibly integrate AI-assisted tools.

Lead end-to-end federal IT proposal development from qualification through submission. Manage compliance to Section L/M, run color-team reviews, write technical/management/past performance sections, coordinate contributors, maintain proposal libraries, use GovWin IQ, and produce on-time submissions via government portals.
