Teams at Essential Anesthesia Management

Provide anesthesia care as a board-certified CRNA in a hospital setting across general surgery, orthopedics, GI, ENT, spine, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, cardiology, and cardiovascular cases. Participate in a 1:7 call rotation and support approximately 500–600 annual OB deliveries. Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, though training may be provided. Malpractice and tail coverage are included.

Provides full-scope anesthesia care at a multispecialty hospital, including regional and neuraxial blocks, OR coverage, and backup obstetric coverage. The role includes daytime call participation, occasional backup responsibilities, and optional weekend shifts. New graduates are welcome, with training available to expand regional and neuraxial skills. The position offers contractor benefits, paid malpractice coverage with tail insurance, collaborative support, and opportunities for professional autonomy.

Provide independent anesthesia care across general, orthopedic, gastrointestinal, urology, ENT, OB/GYN, and basic cardiology cases at Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood. Participate in a 1:6 call schedule with light callbacks, support approximately 400–500 annual OB deliveries, and collaborate within a CRNA-only team. Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, while board certification is required. Malpractice and tail coverage are provided.
