Processes and prepares pathology and cytology specimens for pathologist and cytotechnologist interpretation. Performs routine and special staining, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, Mohs procedures, and frozen sections. Supports diagnosis and treatment of patients across all age groups while participating in quality assurance, quality control, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and laboratory problem solving. This is a full-time night-shift position requiring ASCP Histotechnician certification.

Develops, customizes, implements, and supports complex clinical, financial, and patient-data applications. Evaluates business needs, creates technical models and specifications, provides user and systems support, and may lead system projects. Provides technical guidance and training to systems professionals and users. Workday Extend experience is strongly preferred.

Supports and maintains EHR applications, gathering workflow requirements from clinical users and translating them into configured solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing and implementing low- to mid-complexity projects, managing system updates, following change-control practices, resolving issues, communicating with users, and developing end-user education. Works under general supervision with a strong customer-service focus.
