Responsibilities include implementing clinical rules, developing AI and LLM-powered automations, integrating EHR and payer systems, improving APIs and data pipelines, writing tests, reviewing code, and owning features end to end. The role is hybrid in the Bronx and involves close collaboration with clinicians, care coordinators, principal engineers, and operators.

Leads growth operations for healthcare programs by managing an inside sales team, improving patient enrollment funnels, coaching representatives, developing sales playbooks, and tracking conversion KPIs. Builds referral partnerships with medical providers and community organizations, delivers presentations and training, collaborates with marketing, researches competitors, improves patient experience, and ensures compliant program messaging.
