Configure, optimize, implement, and support the eClinicalWorks EHR system. Responsibilities include workflow improvement, upgrades, integrations, Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, user training, reporting, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinical, revenue cycle, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Leads healthcare IT projects from initiation through implementation, managing scope, schedules, risks, resources, vendors, integrations, compliance, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates clinical, operational, technical, and executive teams; supports change management, training, and post-implementation activities. Develops project documentation and status reports, facilitates meetings, ensures HIPAA and HITECH adherence, and mentors junior project staff. Requires healthcare IT project management experience, strong healthcare systems knowledge, project management certification, and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Assists optometrists with patient intake, preliminary eye exams, diagnostic testing, prescription measurements, equipment operation, patient education, EHR documentation, scheduling, and insurance billing. Maintains and sterilizes clinical equipment while supporting a clean, organized care environment. Requires a high school diploma, optometry or ophthalmic technician certification or relevant training, familiarity with optometric equipment, EHR experience, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication skills.
