Teams at Esri

Advise airport-industry customers on GIS solutions, demonstrate ArcGIS capabilities, and support account teams with technical sales strategies. Design solutions that align Esri technology with customer challenges, provide deployment and administration best practices, troubleshoot system architectures, and present at conferences. The role requires strong GIS, cloud, geodatabase, consulting, communication, and presentation skills, along with 25–50% domestic or international travel.

Leads cross-functional technology project teams delivering geospatial solutions for federal customers. Owns scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, customer relationships, and overall delivery. Facilitates Agile ceremonies, translates mission requirements into technical plans, recommends implementation and migration strategies, and communicates with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborates with consulting, sales, and marketing teams while supporting customer success and identifying emerging technology opportunities.

Leads federal IT implementation projects through requirements, design, configuration, and deployment. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, customer relationships, and cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, and consultants. Facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages backlogs and user stories, tracks project metrics, develops implementation strategies, and translates customer objectives into technical solutions. Supports business development and recommends architectures and migration strategies.
