Provides administrative and office management support for Esri’s Edinburgh office and global software development teams. Responsibilities include managing supplies, catering, equipment, vendors, contractors, travel, calls, meetings, onboarding, hardware distribution, HR administration, compliance, data privacy, team events, and sustainable office practices. The role collaborates with colleagues, managers, HR, information security, and international administrative teams.

Build and operate scalable data processing, analytical, ETL, and API systems for ArcGIS Online on AWS. Develop data pipelines, improve data models and database performance, modernize workflows, and address reporting, accuracy, and consistency challenges. Produce technical documentation and collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and design teams. The role requires Java and Python development, relational databases, AWS services, orchestration tools, and distributed data processing technologies.

Support the ArcGIS Workflow Manager product by advocating for users, defining customer requirements, evaluating features, and contributing to software design, testing, documentation, and demonstrations. Troubleshoot product issues with software developers, provide technical assistance, and develop practical solutions that improve usability, quality, and functionality across desktop, web, and mobile applications.
