Performs revenue accounting activities, including contract reviews, general ledger entries, monthly reconciliations, and month- and year-end close support. Assists with audits, analyzes accounting results, documents processes, and prepares technical accounting memos. Works with Legal, Professional Services, and order processing teams to ensure GAAP and company policy compliance.

Develop and release ArcGIS geodatabase and data management capabilities. The role translates user needs into product objectives, collaborates on software development and testing, drives quality assurance and release readiness, documents complex spatial-data technology, and guides Agile development processes. Responsibilities include enterprise geodatabase services, utility networks, feature services, version management, web services, automated testing, stakeholder communication, and integration of new technologies.

Develops and executes social media strategy and campaigns, with a strong focus on video production for platforms including YouTube and Meta. Shoots, produces, and edits content; monitors trends and audience behavior; analyzes KPIs and campaign performance; and provides strategic recommendations. Collaborates cross-functionally, mentors junior team members, supports brand and marketing goals, and helps evolve Esri’s social presence.
