Support ESR's data centre investment platform through financial model maintenance and valuation, investor and management reporting, portfolio analysis, due diligence support, acquisitions, joint venture workstreams, and stakeholder coordination across internal and external partners.

Provides independent legal, compliance, and governance support for data center, logistics, and real estate fund activities. Advises on land acquisition, development, financing, securitization, capital raising, leasing, property management, and asset management. Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and executes English and Japanese contracts, regulatory filings, and transaction documents. Collaborates with business teams, overseas fund management, global legal teams, external counsel, and professional advisers.

Lead financial reporting, fund accounting, month-end close, compliance, debt, tax, distributions, and statutory reporting for a portfolio of managed funds. Support acquisitions, divestments, and strategic initiatives through financial analysis, improve finance systems and controls, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior finance staff.
