Leads industrial and logistics property development projects across feasibility, planning, delivery, leasing, and stabilisation. Responsibilities include managing budgets, business cases, investment recommendations, development strategies, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, approvals, due diligence, governance, and project risks. The role also supports leasing and negotiation activities to maximise asset performance and long-term value.

Supports infrastructure investment origination, execution, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, structuring, negotiation, portfolio monitoring, value creation, fundraising, and investor relations. The Associate manages advisors and stakeholder relationships, prepares investment committee materials, evaluates market and regulatory factors, monitors portfolio performance, and mentors junior team members.

Lead financial reporting, month-end close, compliance, fund accounting, debt, tax, distributions, and statutory reporting for a portfolio of managed funds. Support acquisitions, divestments, and strategic initiatives through financial analysis, improve finance systems and controls, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior finance staff.
