Responsible for financial reporting, month-end close, general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, statutory compliance, audits, internal controls, and business support. The role prepares financial statements under Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, supports budgeting and forecasting, coordinates audits, processes invoices and payments, and assists with accounting systems, automation, data migration, and process improvements.

Manage accounts payable, including supplier invoices, expense claims, payments, vendor inquiries, and financial records. Support month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, audits, tax filings, reporting, and process improvements while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance. Collaborate with the Finance team and manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Leads infrastructure investment origination, transaction execution, due diligence, portfolio value creation, fundraising, investor relations, and team development. Owns investment committee recommendations, complex deal structuring and negotiations, external advisor oversight, portfolio company strategy, and major asset decisions. Builds senior industry, advisor, and investor relationships while shaping infrastructure sector strategy and developing the investment team.
