Develop and deliver onboarding and training programs for assigned business functions. Create learning materials, facilitate instructor-led sessions, evaluate training effectiveness, address performance gaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve content and quality standards. The role also supports client experience initiatives, conducts site visits, provides temporary on-site leadership during staffing transitions, and serves as a subject matter expert for departmental procedures.

Owns the full B2B sales cycle for legal support services, from prospecting and discovery through closing, renewal, and account expansion. Builds relationships with law firms and corporate legal teams, drives territory revenue, manages Salesforce and NetSuite pipelines, leads QBRs, develops account recovery plans, and represents the company at industry events. This remote-based role requires candidates to be located in the Las Vegas area and includes client-site travel.

Capture verbatim audio/video records of legal proceedings using purpose-built recording equipment and software. Set up/test equipment, administer oaths, annotate testimony for transcription, manage exhibits and backups, complete job worksheets, and maintain professional relationships with attorneys and clients. Training and certification support provided.
