Administers oaths, controls proceedings, annotates testimony, manages exhibits and backup files, completes worksheets, and maintains professional client relationships. The role requires proficiency with recording technology and Microsoft Office, touch typing at 60 words per minute, reliable transportation, travel within a 75-mile radius, eligibility for notary and CER certifications, and successful completion of a criminal background check.

Set up/test equipment, administer oaths, annotate testimony for transcription, manage exhibits and backups, complete job worksheets, and maintain professional relationships with attorneys and clients. Training and certification support provided.

Lead and scale enterprise sales teams to achieve revenue targets across assigned markets. Drive strategic account plans, negotiate large opportunities, oversee implementations, coach and recruit sales leaders, and strengthen relationships with law firms and corporate clients using CRM and web-based sales tools.
