Administers oaths, annotates testimony, manages exhibits and backup files, prepares worksheets, and supports professional client interactions. The role requires proficiency with recording technology and Microsoft Office, touch typing at 60 wpm, reliable transportation, and travel within a 75-mile radius. Certification as a Notary Public and AAERT Certified Electronic Reporter may be obtained after hire.

Leads digital reporters across an assigned region, overseeing onboarding, coaching, licensing, performance management, quality assurance, timecards, expenses, and compliance. Partners with field offices, transcription teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues, maintain reporter profiles, deliver training, and improve service delivery, accuracy, engagement, retention, and on-time completion.

Develop and manage a territory of law firm and corporate legal clients by prospecting for new business, conducting full-cycle sales, expanding accounts, and supporting clients throughout litigation. Build relationships with litigators, maintain Salesforce pipeline forecasts, coordinate with operations and trial teams, respond to client needs, support proposals and RFPs, and represent the company at meetings and industry events.
