Lead and manage IT operations across multiple dental practices: develop and execute IT strategy, optimize workflows, manage in-house teams and MSPs, ensure HIPAA compliance, implement SOPs, oversee business continuity/disaster recovery, mentor staff, and monitor performance to drive operational excellence.

Provide periodontal and oral surgery specialty care including patient screening, oral health assessments, cancer screenings, charting, vitals, and treatment using current practices and digital dentistry, working 1 day/week in Tacoma and 1–2 days/week in Seattle.
